Creation versus Evolution
(Lesson 10)
shared with you by
Kraig J. Rice
Perhaps one of the best known and most widely used creation vs. evolution teaching helps
in times past was:
Both were printed by the same publisher in 1968 and are no longer
available.
Feel free to read this information, quote it, download it, use it to teach your
students, or send it to others. The important thing is to shape our young people's
minds in knowing the truth about creationism.
For this study I thought I would share a few pages with you out of the book
titled "Who Says God Created?" by Fritz Ridenour. If you already have a copy
of this book, this lesson is found in Chapter 10. This chapter is titled
"Does Genesis Conflict With Modern Science?" I have scanned it a little large
so it is easier to read for older folks.
What's Your Answer?
The Living Word Curriculum
A teaching and discussion guide for use with the book titled
Who Says? by Fritz Ridenour
published by Gospel Light in Glendale, California, in 1968
The number of this Lesson Plan for teaching this information corresponds to the
appropriate chapter in the book. Hence, it is chapter 10 in the book and Lesson 10 in
the Lesson Plan Manual.
An Additional Lesson
| God is the earth's designer: Our sun is 12,000 degrees hot and is 93 million miles from earth- let's not get any closer The slant of our earth is 23 degrees- we would be in an ice age otherwise Our earth travels 1,000 miles per hour and rotates while it does Our moon is 250,000 miles away- high tides would be destructive if it were closer Our atmosphere is thick- small meteors would hit us if it were thinner |
